Deer Park, NY, Friday, November 30, 2001 – QuesTec, Inc. (OTC BB: QSTI), a digital media content provider of real-time measurement, virtual replays and interactive content for entertainment and mainstream professional sports, announced that the British Columbia Securities Commission has accepted  managements application for removal as a reporting company.  This concludes QuesTec’s move from Canada as a former Canadian company to the United States .  

The Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) orders, under section 88 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C., that QuesTec is deemed to cease to be a reporting issuer to the BCSC.  QuesTec is and shall remain subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Act of 1934 of the United States .  The Company’s common shares are traded on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board and are not listed or quoted on any other exchange or market in Canada or elsewhere.
